Design and Motion Characteristics of Active–Passive Composite Suspension Actuator

چکیده

The suspension system needs both an active mode and passive when the emergency rescue vehicle is running on a complex road. Therefore, active–passive composite actuator (APCSA) designed in this paper. Firstly, combined with computational fluid dynamics theory dynamic mesh technology, complete domain of original (PSA) simulated. Secondly, accordance simulation results consideration working conditions vehicle, APCSA designed, its flow field characteristics are studied. Finally, test show that maximum recovery damping force/compression force 2428.98 N/−1470.29 N, which 53.5%/50.4% lower than PSA. Hence, response capability effectively improved, lays foundation for improving ride comfort handling stability vehicles roads.
